Jorge was very professional and thorough with an explanation of the door installation. He was prompt on his estimate, meeting me at the house. once we agreed on a price , which was very competitive , he expeditiously fit us in his schedule. George’s install was again very efficient and his work is excellent ……Our neighbours have all complemented the new door installation and it’s looking appearance. Great pleasure having a deal with MAX Overhead Door, especially Jorge - the installer. I ordered garage door from HomeDepot and Jorge come checking our site. He’d given me exact advice what I should prepare the gate opening before delivery. On the installation day, Jorge’s team did the job very quick, clean and well. Home Depot made some wrong panels, and he helped me to claim for new ones. I'd wanted to return those wrong pieces at once but I am happy I didn't do that, thank to Jorge's wise advice just leaving the gate as is until replacement, otherwise our garage would be "nake" for … 4 months! After 4 months, when replace panels were delivered, Jorge come again and reinstall those panels and anything else. Overall, very happy with the job done by Jorge. High recomended.

Good job from start to finish. Arrived on time, outlined how he was going to proceed with an appropriate completion time. Involved us when installation options were available explaining the pros/cons. Door and opener installed without issue, went through the operation and features, cleaned up the site before heading out.
